Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

During sales, holidays, or high-order volume, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Delivery time is controlled by the carrier, not MercJBeautee.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight of your order
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will automatically apply at checkout when requirements are met.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed or texted to the contact information provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

MercJBeautee is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to customer error
  • Delays caused by address issues

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

MercJBeautee is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

We will evaluate and assist you with the next steps.

International Orders

International shipments may experience:

  • Customs delays
  • Import taxes or duties

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
